Abstract:	The development and use of Open Educational Resources (OER) is a growing trend in education, particularly, in higher education. The OERtest European project focuses in the development of a systematic and quality assurance framework for the evaluation and recognition of learning through the use of REA. Based on a qualitative methodological approach, the research project aims to provide guidelines and recommendations for the implementation of OER-based learning at a European HE institutions’ level.
