Abstract: Review objectives Primary objective: To evaluate the pedagogical quality and effectiveness of asynchronous web-based training (WBT) programs designed to teach evidence-based psychotherapies (EBPs) for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) to health professionals working with children, adolescents or adults. To achieve this goal, the review will specifically examine: – The pedagogical quality of the instructional content and design of these programs using the TIP Tool framework; – The effects of WBT on learning outcomes: knowledge, skills, attitudes, competence, and transfer to practice; – The methodological and pedagogical limitations of existing studies.
