Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To validate the design, usability, and pedagogical readability of a digital literacy learning environment adapted for people with cognitive limitations. METHODS: Five series of individual interviews, with six participants per series, were used to collect preferences of people with cognitive limitations regarding the choice and mechanics of the game and micro-learning capsules. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: Interviews reveal that the content of the micro-learning capsules should be brief, preferably animated and include some questions to check comprehension. The content should be presented in different formats: video, text, and audio. CONCLUSIONS: The study allows us to formulate some recommendations for the online training of PLCs, in particular the provision of navigation indicators and contextual aids, the debugging of pages both in terms of graphics and text, the predominance of content through videos, among others. |
